Sunday Morning Long Runs
Our Sunday morning long runs are the perfect way to kick off your week. We meet bright and early to take on longer routes at Cedars House on the Wissahickon Trail, — a great chance to build endurance and catch up with friends after a busy week.

Wednesday Night Runs
Midweek motivation! Our Wednesday night runs are casual group jogs around Conshy, followed by optional post-run drinks at local spots like Guppies or the Boathouse. All paces are welcome!

Saturday Runs
Every Saturday morning, we meet at the Conshohocken Farmers Market for our most popular group run. Whether you’re training for a race or just looking for a fun social run, this one’s for you!
